The LTT-2 activity<\/strong> was successfully implemented between 16\u201321 November<\/strong> as planned and delivered as a structured entrepreneurial education for ecosystem enablers.\u00a0<\/p>

16 November<\/strong> was dedicated to arrival in Finland, ensuring smooth logistical onboarding of participants from Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants explored entrepreneurial journeys through alumni stories, highlighting learning from failure. A strong emphasis was placed on idea generation and opportunity spotting, with hands-on practice using structured ideation tools. The day also addressed team formation and dynamics, supporting teams in defining roles, shared values, and communication norms, and concluded with a brief trainer debrief circle for reflection and peer learning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On 20 November<\/strong>, the program transitioned into a technical and cultural visit, designed to reinforce peer learning and expose participants to Finland\u2019s innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in real-world settings. As part of this day, ecosystem enablers who play key roles in their respective fields joined the Slush event, providing participants with direct access to a globally recognized start-up and investor platform. This engagement enabled participants to connect with international innovators, investors, and ecosystem leaders, while observing emerging trends, success stories, and best practices at the global level.<\/p>

In addition, all participants visited Business Turku, where they were introduced to the regional entrepreneurial support ecosystem, gaining insight into local innovation services, ecosystem governance, and best practices in supporting start-ups and scale-ups.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
