The FutureCraft project
is a strategic endeavor aimed at fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and strengthening the capacities of ecosystem enablers across Europe by advancing future literacy, strategic foresight, and cross-border collaboration.
Its mission is to equip ecosystem actors with the mindsets, tools, and methodologies needed to guide entrepreneurs in navigating future trends, sustainability challenges, and systemic transformations.

Ultimately, FutureCraft aims to contribute to inclusive economic growth, job creation, and long-term societal resilience.
PROCESS

The process of the FutureCraft project involves a structured and multi-faceted approach to achieving its objectives in fostering entrepreneurial mindsets and future literacy. It begins with the cultivation of entrepreneurial mindsets and the support of ecosystem enablers through targeted efforts to enhance their capacity.

A core activity is the development and execution of intensive learning and training programs, seminars, workshops, and technical trips designed to build strategic foresight and visionary leadership skills among participants . These activities focus on developing competencies such as societal decision-making and strategic planning . Specifically, there is dedicated entrepreneurial education aimed at ecosystem enablers, which includes training trainers through innovative practices and focusing on foresight methodologies, sustainable development, and innovation systems.

The project prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity by conducting an extensive analysis, providing digitally accessible materials, and integrating continuous feedback mechanisms. Throughout the project, regular monitoring, evaluation (including pre- and post-assessments), and risk management are conducted to ensure objectives are met, measure shifts in knowledge and attitudes, and facilitate continuous improvement. This systematic and adaptive approach ensures that the project drives economic growth by developing vibrant and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems and fostering long-term global collaboration.
