LTT-2

ARRIVAL DAY

The LTT-2 activity was successfully implemented between 16–21 November as planned and delivered as a structured entrepreneurial education for ecosystem enablers.

16 November was dedicated to arrival in Finland, ensuring smooth logistical onboarding of participants from Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Türkiye.

The core training program took place over three consecutive training days (17–19 November) and followed the originally planned learning logic, combining entrepreneurial capacity building, coaching methodologies, and future-oriented skills.

DAY 1

The first day opened with a welcome session and programme overview, clarifying trainer identity, expectations, and learning outcomes. Sessions focused on the role of trainers in start-up programmes and the shift from directive approaches to a coaching mindset. Participants explored entrepreneurial journeys through alumni stories, highlighting learning from failure. A strong emphasis was placed on idea generation and opportunity spotting, with hands-on practice using structured ideation tools. The day also addressed team formation and dynamics, supporting teams in defining roles, shared values, and communication norms, and concluded with a brief trainer debrief circle for reflection and peer learning.

DAY 2

The second day concentrated on applied coaching skills through live pitch practice and feedback rounds. Participants engaged in peer-to-peer learning, practicing how to coach storytelling, pitch structure, and delivery. Workshops covered customer discovery, assumptions testing, and decision-making around pivoting or persevering, with reflection exercises grounded in evidence rather than intuition. This day emphasized practical mentoring tools directly transferable to participants’ home ecosystems.

DAY 3

The third training day introduced futures literacy and strategic foresight as core competencies for future-ready entrepreneurship. Participants explored multiple futures using tools such as Futures Wheels, Three Horizons, and scenario thinking. Future-back planning, speculative design approaches, trend mapping, and weak signal scanning were practiced, equipping participants to guide entrepreneurs in designing solutions aligned with long-term societal and market transformations.

DAY 4

On 20 November, the program transitioned into a technical and cultural visit, designed to reinforce peer learning and expose participants to Finland’s innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in real-world settings. As part of this day, ecosystem enablers who play key roles in their respective fields joined the Slush event, providing participants with direct access to a globally recognized start-up and investor platform. This engagement enabled participants to connect with international innovators, investors, and ecosystem leaders, while observing emerging trends, success stories, and best practices at the global level.

In addition, all participants visited Business Turku, where they were introduced to the regional entrepreneurial support ecosystem, gaining insight into local innovation services, ecosystem governance, and best practices in supporting start-ups and scale-ups.

DEPARTURE DAY

Finally, 21 November was dedicated to departure, with all international participants returning to their respective countries.
